Religion
Religion is taught every day. It is a graded subject.
Homework
Homework will be posted daily on my teacher web page. It is due the following school day, unless otherwise noted.
Typical Day
In the morning, it is mostly Math, Reading, English, Spelling and Writing.
In the afternoon, it is mostly Science, Religion, and Social Studies.
Tests
Every Friday are the Reading and Spelling Tests
English, Science, and Religion are not on a set day; usually two days to study for the test
Religion - the highlighted parts in the chapter are the important information to study for the test
Science and Social Studies - use the study guide to study for the test
English - use the review pages at the end of unit in the hardcover book to study for the test
Grading
Papers with a percentage mark are for a grade
Papers with a check, star, or no mark are not for a grade
Classroom Behavior and Participation
Fourth grade students are expected to listen attentively, complete work neatly and on time, work independently, follow directions, show self-control, accept correction, be courteous and respectful to others, be organized, and care for their property and the property of others.
